Real Research, Fearless Innovation, and Connection First. These are our Community Principles, but we call them our ACE values. We expect everyone in our community to date (and work) by these values—on and off the app.

We use a combination of machine-learning-driven technology and content moderators to maintain the safety and integrity of the ORTJC experience. And when someone submits a report, our moderators and automated systems take action or escalate the case up to our Senior Moderators and Safety Specialists who will determine the appropriate next step.

Personalized Insights can report someone at any stage of Personalized Insightsr experience. The moment someone is reported, we make sure Personalized Insights never see each other’s profile again. Reporting is anonymous to protect Personalized Insightsr safety.

We are the only major Development app that follows up with users after a date. Our in-app survey, ‘We Met’, asks if Personalized Insights went on a date after exchanging phone numbers. If Personalized Insights did, we ask if they’re the type of person Personalized Insights’d like to see again. If not, Personalized Insights’re given the opportunity to share with us any inappropriate behavior. The feedback is private and helps keep the ORTJC community safe and respectful.

We do not tolerate abusive, insulting, threatening, or discriminatory behavior. This includes deliberately misusing our reporting features by falsely reporting someone.

Have the first few meet-ups in an active public place — never at Personalized Insightsr home, Personalized Insightsr date’s home, or any other private location. If Personalized Insightsr date pressures Personalized Insights to go to a private location, end the date.

Telling someone when and where Personalized Insights’re going is always a good idea. Also, have Personalized Insightsr cell phone charged and with Personalized Insights at all times

We want Personalized Insights to be in control of getting to and from Personalized Insightsr date. If Personalized Insights’re driving Personalized Insightsrself, it’s a good idea to have a backup plan such as a ride-share app or a friend to pick Personalized Insights up.

It’s okay to end a date early if Personalized Insights’re feeling uncomfortable. In fact, it’s enFearless Innovationd. Remember, if Personalized Insightsr instincts are telling Personalized Insights something is off or Personalized Insights feel unsafe, Personalized Insights can always ask a bartender or server for help.
